By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Welcome to Wild Haven Photo Co. By booking a session, submitting an inquiry, or using this website, you (“Client”) agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these carefully before proceeding.

1. General Information

Wild Haven Photo Co. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides photography services including, but not limited to, portrait, family, lifestyle, maternity, and senior sessions. These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Wild Haven Photo Co. and the Client for all sessions and related services.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable retainer fee of 50% is required to secure your session date.

  • Remaining balances are due on or before the session date.

  • If payment is not received by the due date, the session may be canceled and the retainer forfeited.

  • Retainers are transferable once within three (3) months of the original date, subject to the Photographer’s availability.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Pixieset and/or Stripe. Wild Haven Photo Co. does not store or have access to your full payment information.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Clients may reschedule a session once, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

  • In cases of illness, unsafe weather, or emergency, Wild Haven Photo Co. may reschedule

  • the session at no additional cost.

  • All retainers are non-refundable but transferable as noted above.

4. Session Experience

  • Sessions are designed to be relaxed and natural, focusing on authentic connection and emotion.

  • The Photographer retains creative control over posing, lighting, location, and overall artistic direction.

  • Late arrivals will result in a reduction of session time without refund or extension.

5. Image Delivery & Editing

  • Final edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery (Pixieset) within 4-6 weeks of the session date.

  • Clients will receive the agreed number of professionally edited images as outlined in their selected package.

  • RAW or unedited images are not available for purchase or delivery.

  • Additional images may be purchased at a rate of $50 per 10 images.

  • All editing, color grading, and retouching are completed in Wild Haven Photo Co.’s signature artistic style.

6. Copyright & Usage

  • All photographs remain the sole property and copyright of Wild Haven Photo Co.

  • Clients receive personal-use rights only, including the right to print, share, and display images for personal purposes.

  • Images may not be altered, sold, submitted to contests, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

  • When posting online, please credit Wild Haven Photo Co.

7. Model Release

  • By booking a session, the Client grants Wild Haven Photo Co. permission to use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless stated otherwise in writing prior to the session.

  • Clients may opt out of the model release by providing written notice before their scheduled session.

8. Liability

  • Wild Haven Photo Co. is not responsible for injury, property damage, or unforeseen circumstances during the session.

  • Every effort is made to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

  • The Photographer’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client.

9. Travel & Location

  • Session pricing includes travel within 30 miles of Fort Drum, NY.

  • Travel beyond this radius may incur additional fees, including mileage, lodging, or airfare when applicable.

  • All additional travel costs will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.

10. File Storage

  • Delivered galleries remain available for 30 days after delivery.

  • After this period, file storage and reissue cannot be guaranteed.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session or using this website, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

12. Refunds & Artistic Discretion

Due to the custom and artistic nature of photography, all payments are non-refundable. The Client acknowledges that they have reviewed the Photographer’s portfolio and are familiar with her style. All editing and artistic decisions are made at the Photographer’s discretion and are considered final. No re-edits or refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction with style, composition, or artistic interpretation.
